Le 21 avril 2026, l’association Antoine Alléno a saisi la justice contre plusieurs entreprises produisant et commercialisant du protoxyde d’azote. Elle dénonce des pratiques commerciales déloyales visant à encourager l’usage détourné du « gaz hilarant », notamment via des conditionnements inadaptés, des stratégies marketing ciblées et la vente de gaz aromatisés. L’affaire est actuellement en cours de mise en état.

The Access to Justice Foundation remains at the forefront of advancing access to justice in the UK. Recently recognised by the Competition Appeal Tribunal in the McLaren v MOL & Others settlement, the Foundation continues funding free legal advice services and supporting consumer-focused collective actions across the country.
