PhD in Public Law, Urban Planning and Environmental Law (University of Florence), she is Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Florence and Teaching Assistant in Public Law at the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara. Author of the monograph “L’autodichia degli organi costituzionali. Dal privilegio dell’organo alla tutela amministrativa dell’individuo” (2023), which explores the domestic justice systems of constitutional bodies, and Co-Editor of the volume “Gli interessi sovraindividuali tra diritto e processo” (2025), on collective and representative actions and access to justice, her publication record covers the topics of public services, administrative justice, and fundamental rights.
Her research trajectory includes a fellowship at the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara focused on EU socio-economic frameworks, and a fellowship at the University of Tuscia on “The governance of nature between EU law and national law”. Her recent research investigates the Italian public class action as an instrument to guarantee the efficient organisation of social services and the effective protection of social rights.
She is Coordinator of the Italian National Coordination of PhDs in Administrative Law, and she has actively contributed to research groups involving both national and international collaborations. Furthermore, she has presented numerous papers at scientific conferences and seminars across Italy, and she serves on the editorial boards of highly regarded Law Reviews.
