Perfect Law Conference London 2026: International Perspectives on Collective Redress

From 22 to 24 April 2026, the Perfect Law Conference took place in London, bringing together leading voices in international collective redress for what has become a major event in the field, under the thorough supervision and lead of Dr Ariel Flavian.

Several members of the Observatory of class actions and other forms of collective redress, including its founder, participated as speakers, contributing their expertise to the rich discussions on current developments, challenges, and future directions in collective litigation across jurisdictions.

It is encouraging to see this growing international community of practitioners, academics, funders, and institutional actors engaging in increasingly sophisticated dialogue around collective redress.
